• Jeon Ji Hyun's Role
Kyung Jin is temperamental police woman with a take-no-prisoners attitude. She's far from your typical girl. On the outside,
she is a very strong person with a kick ass attitude. She works as a cop, cleaning up the mean streets of the Red Light District
facing hoodlums from purse snatchers to gangsters. Of course, inside she's a shy timid girl looking to be loved by a kindhearted sweet boy.
|
• Goofs
Mistakes When Myung Woo squeezes through in the narrow alley, the "brick" walls move.
Continuity The gun that Myung Woo holds to the head of the mob boss changes positions between shots.
Errors Kyung Jin says she only plays with the white keys on the piano, but she's playing Erik Satie's "1ere Gymnopédie" which
is in key of D so you need to play white and black keys.

• Reviews
Jeon is given yet another chance to act mad, sad, and glad again, and for a while, her over-the-top antics are certainly charming.
However, it soon proves to be too much of a good thing. Whereas Jeon's tearful performance in 'My Sassy Girl' (especially
when apologizing to Kyun Woo on a mountaintop) could reduce grown men to crybabies, the same magic fails to happen in 'Windstruck'.
While this is partly due to the emotionally flat material, the other problem is that the sight of Jeon weeping goes into overkill, with her
character breaking out in tears every few minutes until it becomes almost meaningles - Anthony Leong @ MediaCircus
Ji Hyun’s performance has really blossomed with each film she makes. The film really shows the wide range of emotions she can whip out
on command and its no surprise she delivers another stellar performance - Joe Shieh @ KFCC
The heart of 'Windstruck' is obviously Ji Hyun Jeon, and thankfully she gives an excellent performance in a role that allows her
to stretch her acting muscles, playing a combination of her characters in 'My Sassy Girl' and 'The Uninvited'. Simply
put, she generates an incredible measure of empathy, being an actress not just of immeasurable cuteness, but having that rare quality
that makes the screen glow whenever she is on, which is for almost the entire film - James Mudge @ BeyondHollywood
