SHE'S A WOMAN WAITING FOR LOVE
Through an interpreter, she said she believes in destiny and that love can happen anytime, anywhere.
Hmmmm, she sounded uncannily like her character in her new movie, 'Daisy', which she is town to promote.
She plays a street artist who falls for a mystery man (Jung Woo Sung) who sends her daisies every day, but mistakes someone
else (Lee Sung Jae) for him.
"I must be prepared at all times because the right one may appear anytime. Love can happen instantly, but you may miss it. I'd be
lying if i said that i've never been in love, but right now, i'm a woman waiting for love."
Ji Hyun, 24, appeared cherry. She said what was expected of her-how she was happy and honoured to work with director
Andrew Lau and two "outstanding" leading man, Woo Sung and Sung Jae.
She thanked her Singapore fans for their passionate support-"I should have come here sooner!"
She was grateful people remembered her for the movie 'My Sassy Girl'. But through it out, Ji Hyun disclosed
very little of her real self.
She agreed that co-star Woo Sung was her best screen partner to date. While 'Daisy' is their first movie together, they
have acted as a couple in many TV commercials over five years.
Ji Hyun described him as charismatic and a good person. She apologised for his absence-he is filming in China.
Did sparks fly between them? Laughing, she paused and then said: "I'm very greedy. I'm hoping to meet a man who combines
the best of Woo Sung and Sung Jae!"
